All our items are made to order for you, this means that we do not refund any items after purchase.

Are you unsure about your sizing or do you have any questions about our jewelry pieces? Feel free to email us so that we can guide you in the right direction. 

If there is a manufacturing defect upon your receipt of the item, please notify us within 7 calendar days by sending an email to info@ambrosejewelry.com for a replacement item.Your items must be unworn and sent back to us in the original packaging. We reserve the right to waive any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
